National Lok Adalat in Kulgam on July 14

KULGAM, JULY 12: According to Chairman District Legal Services Authority Kulgam, a National Lok Adalat is being held in the district court complex on July 14, 2018. 

          Cases pertaining to bank recovery, electricity dues, criminal compoundable offences, traffic challans, family disputes, land acquisition cases and other public utility services shall be taken up for adjudication.

The Interested litigants are informed to approach to presiding officers of the concern courts of District Kulgam where their cases are pending for disposal to refer them to the said forum by or before 14/07/2018 so as to list their cases in the proposed Lok Adalat for their amicable settlement.
