National Lok Adalat in Poonch on July 14

POONCH JULY 12: District Legal Service Authority (DLSA) Poonch  is going to organize a National Lok Adalat on July 14 here at the district court complex.

The Lok Adalat will hear cases for the amicable settlement of cases pertaining to courts of Principal District Judge, Sub Judge, CJM, Munsif, JMIC and Add. Spl. Mobile Magistrate related to criminal compoundable offences, NI Act cases under section 138, Bank recovery, MACT cases, Matrimonial, Labour disputes cases, Electricity and water bills, Revenue cases and other civil cases.

Those interested to get their cases settled through  National  Lok  Adalat shall approach to the concerned courts, District Legal Service Authority Poonch for settlement of their cases through Lok Adalat.
