Mahila Morcha organized a Shradhanjali Sabha (Prayer Meeting) in honour of
former PM and Bharat Ratan Atal Bihari Vajpayee one true son of India at BJP
Headquarter, Dr. Shyama Prasad Mookherjee, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu.
Mahila Morcha led by its State
President Rajni Sethi paid tributes to the departed soul. The programme
commenced by offering floral tributes to the portrait of late Sh. Atal Bihari
Vajpayee Ji by the dignitaries and they shared their words of tribute to late Atal
Bihari Vajpayee Ji. BJP State General Secretary (Org.) Ashok Kaul also paid
tributes in the programme.
Ashok Kaul, while paying tributes,
said that the tireless work of Atal ji for the welfare of the people of India
will inspire future generation of leaders. He said that the teachings of Atal
ji must be imbibed by all for making a great Nation. The selfless work for the
society, dignified living for all, love for the mankind and devotion for all
living beings including mother Nature are few of the traits, that must be
learnt while remembering the greatest figure of the time.
Rajni Sethi in her condolence speech
stated that Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ji was a true statesman and a leader who has
been respected and admired from political leaders across the Political parties
in India. She added that with the passing away of Vajpayee as the end of an era
and every Indian and the BJP worker would continue to be guided by his vision.
Suresh Jamwal, Sakina Bano, Anuradha Charak, Sheela Handoo, Purnima
Sharma, Veenu Khanna, Sajila Gupta, Updesh Andotra, Sanjita Dogra also paid
their tributes and said that such a person is rarely born. The country has lost
a great patriot, a veteran leader who was very popular for his non-partisan
politics. He will be remembered for contributing towards good governance and
for highlighting issues affecting the common people of India as well as for
regional peace and prosperity, they said.
