SRINAGAR, JUNE 23:
Srinagar district administration today imposing prohibitory restrictions under
Section 144 CrPc within a radius of 200 meters around all sixteen examination
centres established for examination for the post of Sub Inspector in J&K Police
to be held on 24 June 2018.
The restrictions
are aimed at ensuring free and fair conduct of the exam. These will remain in
force until the end of the examination.
RAMBAN, MARCH 13: To ensure fair start and completion of examination
being conducted by the Jammu & Kashmir Board of School Education for
Secondary School Examination (class 10th) and Higher Secondary Examination
Part-II (Class 12th) Bi-Annual session 2018 Private (winter zone) in Jammu Province, District Magistrate, Ramban,
Tariq Hussain Ganai in exercise of powers vested to him under section 144 Cr.
PC do hereby impose restrictions, to any sort of public movement, interference
and public gathering within 100 meters of all examination centers of the
district Ramban.
Use of loud speaker or any other form of public
address system around the examination centers and smoking is strictly
prohibited.
This order shall take effect w.e.f 14-03-2018 and
remain in force till said examinations conclude.
ANANTNAG, NOVEMBER 01: The Deputy Commissioner,
Anantnag, Mohammad Younis Malik today inspected various examination centres of
Bijbehara and Srigufwara tehsils.
The Deputy Commissioner visited the Higher Secondary School (HSS) Srigufwara
and Girls Higher Secondary School Bijberhara. He was satisfied with the
arrangements put in place for the smooth conduct of the examination.
Sec 144
has been imposed around a radius of 200 metres of the examination centres of
the district. Besides, police have been directed to ensure adequate deployment
around the examination centres.
PULWAMA,
NOVEMBER 1: The Deputy Commissioner Pulwama
Ghulam Mohammad Dar today made a surprise visit to various examination centres
set up in Government Boys Central Higher Secondary School, Government Girls
Higher Secondary School and Lycuem Public School to inspect the conduct of
Secondary School examination in the district. The DC accompanied by ACR Pulwama
called upon the staff on duty to perform their duty with dedication, sincerity
and commitment.
The Deputy Commissioner interacted with students and asked them about
facilities provided to them and enquired if the question paper was as per
prescribed syllabus.
He directed the staff to provide adequate facilities to the students
like proper seating arrangement, drinking water and heating arrangements if
required.
