Jammu, June 6: MP Rajya Sabha, Shamsher Singh Manhas conducted public and party karyakarta darbar to address their issues at BJP Headquarter, Trikuta Nagar. BJP State General Secretary Harinder Gupta also accompanied the MP in darbar.
While attending to the visiting deputations, MP said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi led Centre Government is working for the development of nation. BJP follows the principle of Antodaya and is ensuring that every public welfare scheme reaches the targeted population promptly. This is the Government of masses which understands every issue faced by public and as such this programme is regularly scheduled at party office.
Numerous deputations met the MP for redressal of their personal as well as public problems. Various important issues were highlighted by the deputations. Deputations asked for construction of roads at various sites. Few deputations asked for the provision of improved health facilities at their villages. Another deputation demanded digging of hand pump. Some demanded improved infrastructure for power supply in their areas.
Some deputations informed the MP about their revenue and land related matters. Others demanded construction of Nallahs,  drains and also highlighted problems related to PHE. MP addressed many of the problems  telephonically by taking up the issues to the authorities. He also issued written instructions for redressal of some issues brought in his notice by various deputations.
The whole program was coordinated by State secretary & State incharge election related matters Rajinder Sharma and State additional office secretary Suresh Sharma.


Jammu, Mar 09: J&K BJP conducted a review meeting ahead of its “Maha Rally” to be organized on 11th of March’2018 at Dushehra Ground, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu which was attended by its State Office Bearers, party MLAs, MLCs, District Presidents, District Prabharis from around the region.
The meeting chaired by BJP State President & MLA Sat Sharma accompanied by State General Secretary (Org.) Ashok Kaul, State General Secretaries Dr. Narinder Singh, Pawan Khajuria & Harinder Gupta, Speaker Kavinder Gupta, Minister for PHE Sham Choudhary saw threadbare discussions to review the preparations for a mega rally to be organized by the party to showcase the achievements by party’s public representatives.
Sat Sharma while addressing the meeting focused on the need to take all the party’s achievements to the public. He said that BJP as an organization has always remained on the forefront to struggle for the public causes even when it was not a part of government. He said that after sharing the government in the state of Jammu & Kashmir, BJP has increased its efforts manifold in the mission to serve the public on all fronts.
Sharma said that the state has witnessed unprecedented development in last 3 years of present dispensation which was absent in the state for decades. This rally will facilitate the bridge of trust between the party and the public by ensuring that the work for the public reaches the public, added Sat Sharma.
Ashok Kaul deliberated all the leaders about the important assignments related to the rally. He also enquired them about the various steps they have taken to ensure the maximum participation of activists and general public in the rally. He focused on the need to ensure that no traffic chaos or any other problem be caused in the vicinity of rally area. He shared his valuable suggestions regarding the various rally management issues. He said that the sole issue of the rally is to take various achievements by BJP’s public representatives to the public and that is to be ensured by sincere efforts by all party functionaries.
