Power Shutdown


Jammu, Jan 31 :  According to Chief Engineer, (Distribution) JPDCL, Jammu, the power supply to Bari Brahmana, Vijaypur, Smailpur, Kartholi, Jakh, Part of Greater Kailash and Industrial unit feeder (Narbada) and Birpur Complex shall remain affected on February 02 from 09 am to 05 pm.

Similarly, the power supply to 33 KV Receiving Station Gurah, Raya, Mandal, Smailpur and adjoining areas shall remain affected on February 02 and 05 from 09 am to 05 pm.

Jammu, July 19 :  In order to carry out various upgradation repair works, the power supply to Khanpur, Sheetli Bye Pass, MES and adjoining area fed from Sheetli feeder shall remain affected on July 20 from 10 am to 02 pm.

Similarly, the power supply to Kishenpur, Kanyala Kathat, Jindrah Panjon and adjoining area fed from Jindrah feeder shall remain affected on July 20 from 10 am to 02 pm.

Likewise, the power supply to Kishenpur, Garrison Engineer, Surinsar, Dansal and adjoining area fed from Surinsar feeder shall remain affected on July 20 from 10 am to 02 pm.

Meanwhile, the power supply to Shalamar, City Chowk, Kanak Mandi, Partap Garh, Mohalla Malhotra, Supper Bazar, Gali Chabeel Wali, Gali Gujjran & Part of Raghunath Bazar and adjoining area fed from S-10 feeder shall remain affected on July 22 from 09 am to 01 pm.

Similarly, the power supply to NIC Civil Sectt., City Police Station, MLA Hostel, Ayurvedic Hospital, Jammu Municipal Corporation, Raghunath Temple, Director Health Services and adjoining area fed from S-8 feeder shall remain affected on July 23 from 09 am to 01 pm.

Jammu, July 11 :  In order to carry out various repair and upgradation works the power supply to Sua No:1, Malpur, Garkhal and its adjoining areas fed from AK-3, GREF and MES feeders shall remain affect on July 12 from 6 am to 9:30 am.

Similarly, the power supply to Mishriwala, Asseran, Bawe Tallab, Bhalwal, Karwanda and its adjoining areas fed from BJ-3 and BH-1 feeders shall remain affect on July 12 from 7 am to 11 am.

Likewise, the power supply to Salehar and its adjoining areas fed from Receiving Station Salehar shall remain affected on July 12 from 8 am to 4 pm.

Jammu, July 08  :   Superintending Engineer, Elect. Maintt. & R.E. Circle-1, Jammu has informed that, to carry out Pole Stringing and Pole Erection works by M/s. L&T under IPDS/PMDP Scheme, the power supply to Transport Nagar and its adjoining area will remain affected on July 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 from 6 am to 10 am.

Similarly, the power supply to Seora, MES and its adjoining area will remain affected on July 9, 11 and 13 from 6 am to 10 am.

Likewise, the power supply to Apsra Road and its adjoining area will remain affected on July 9, 11 and 13 from 6 am to 10 am.

Similarly, for testing of CT/PT unit, the power supply to Jagati, Jarni, Tanda, Shibba, Bamyal and its adjoining areas will remain affected on July 9 from 10 am to 2 pm.

Likewise, the power supply to Nagrota Town, Toll Post, Dhoke Wazirian and its adjoining areas will remain affected on July 10 from 10 am to 2 pm.

Similarly, the power supply to Suketar, Dansal Suketar, Jajjar Kotli etc will remain affected on July 11 from 10 am to 2 pm.

JAMMU, JANUARY 01: As per Superintending Engineer, Elect. Maintt& R.E. Circle-1 Jammu, to carry out the works of temporary shifting of HT/LT network coming in the alignment of 4-laning of Jammu Akhnoor National Highway, the shutdown of 11KV feeders T-3, T-4, & SN-4 is being observed.
During the shutdown, the power supply to Bharat Nagar, Vasant Vihar, Kabir Colony, Poonch House, Talab Tillo, Kamla Palace, Mandlik Nagar, PattaPaloura, Top Paloura, Shanti Nagar and its adjoining areas will remain affected on January 02 from 8 am to 2 pm.
Meanwhile, for shifting /re-alignment of 33 KV PC-4 Line (Bohri-Udheywalla and Machillian section) emanating from 132/33 KV Grid Station Pounichak, the power supply to Lalla-da-Bagh, Lower Muthi, Lakshmi Vihar, BalwantVihar, Udheywala, Anand Nagar, Machillian, Nagbani and adjoining areas will remain affected on January 02 from 11 am to 4 pm.

Circle Jammu, the power supply to Sundarpur Road etc, Purana Pind, Park, Revenue Centre, PHE DT, Khamb, Tunda Rice mill and its adjoining areas fed from 11 KV RSP-VII feeder shall remain affected on October 04 and 05 from 08 am to 12 noon.
Similarly, the power supply to Guru Teg Bahadur Nagar, Gujjar Colony, Chatta, Chowadhi and its adjoining areas fed from 11 KV CH-2, CH-8 and CH-10 feeders shall remain affected on October 04 from 07 am to 11 am.
Likewise, the power supply to District Police Lines, Gandhi Nagar, Gulshan Ground, MAM College, Vikram Chowk, JKSERC office and its adjoining areas fed from 11 KV RC-3, RC-5 and RC-6 feeders shall remain affected on October 09 from 07 am to 11 am.

SRINAGAR, SEPTEMBER 24: According to the Power Controller Kashmir Province, Bemina, Srinagar owing to replace the damaged 11KV XLPE Power cable of main Ist at Receiving station Chanapora, there will be shutdown of 33/11KV Receiving station Chanapora on September 25, 2018.
During the shutdown, the power supply to the area fed form aforementioned receiving station shall remain affected from 1 pm to 3 pm.
Similarly, to carry out the work on 33 KV line of STD Ganderbal at Central University and branch cutting of Habbak Ganderbal Line, there will be shutdown on 33kv line (Habbak Ganderbal) on 25 September 2018, Lar Duderhama line on September 29/October 3, 2018, Safapora and Safapora Army Line on October 1, 2018.
During the shutdown, the power supply to the area fed from the aforementioned receiving station shall remain affected from 9 am to 5 pm.
Meanwhile, to carry out branch cutting and maintenance work of 33 KV Line of STD Sopore, the power supply to the area fed from receiving station (Amargarh Bandipora) shall remain affected on September 27, 2018 and Amargarh Nowpora on September 29, 2018 between 9 am to 5 pm.
Similarly, there would be shutdown on Amargarh Pattan on September 25/26, 2018, HMT Line on September 27, 2018, Kangumbara on September 29, 2018 and Delina Wagoora on September 30/October 1, 2018 between 9 am to 5 pm.

KISHTWAR, AUGUST 03: According to Superintending Engineer Electric M&RE Circle Kishtwar, to execute urgent work in hand by RGGVY Phase -1 scheme, the shutdown of all 33 KV Lines emanating from 132/33 Grid Station Khellani is being observed.
During the shutdown, the power supply to entire Doda, Bhaderwah, Thathri and Gundoh including its adjoining areas shall remain affected on 06 August form 07 am to 5 pm..
Further it may be ensured that the shutdown is cleared with the prescribed time and in no case extension of shutdown is allowed beyond the prescribed time.
Meanwhile, for upgradation to 4-lane with paved shoulder of Jammu-Akhnoor road section of NH-144A from Canal head (KM 0.800) to Ganesh Vihar ( KM 6.000) of 5.2 Km length to be executed on EPC basis, the shutdown of 11 KV feeders is being observed.
During  the shutdown, the power supply to canal Road, Ganesh Vihar, Shakti Nagar, Patel Nagar, Garden Avenue, Mohinder Nagar, PHE installation, Bakshi Nagar, Rajpura, Shiv Nagar and its adjoining areas shall remain affected on August 04 from 6 am to 10 am.
