GANDERBAL, MARCH 15: Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Baseer Ahmad Khan today reviewed the status of implementation of the directions passed by the Chief Minister during her public outreach programme (Public Darbar) in Ganderbal district.
DDC Ganderbal, Dr. Piyush Singla apprised the Divisional Commissioner Kashmir about the action taken report on the CM's directions. Divisional Commissioner was informed that, out of 228 decisions/commitments passed by the CM in the Public Darbar, 28 have been implemented so far, while as rest are in different phases of implementation.
Div Com directed the officers to play a proactive role in the execution of developmental works committed by Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti during her outreach programme. He also impressed upon concerned executing agencies to accelerate the developmental tempo so that all commitments made by CM are fulfilled as per the timeline fixed for each work.
On the occasion, Div Com directed interdepartmental Monitoring and Vigilance committees to monitor and verify works on the ground level so that accountability and transparency should be maintained in the implementation of CMs directions.
He reiterated the officers for maintaining documentation, besides pre and post photographic evidence of each work and videography during the execution of the works conducted by the departments.
The meeting was attended by District Development Commissioner, Ganderbal Dr. Piyush Singla, various heads of departments, and chief engineers. Besides, SSP Ganderbal, ADDC Ganderbal, ADC Ganderbal and other sectoral and district officers of District Ganderbal were also present in the meeting.


          KULGAM, OCTOBER 01: The District Deputy Commissioner (DDC) Kulgam, Mr. Talat Parvez Ruhella today held a Public Darbar, where delegations of DK Marag from D.H Pora Sub Division of Kulgam District Deputy Commissioner Kulgam apprised him of their various issues.
 The Darbar which was held in a public school at DK Marag was attended by the villagers of DK Marag, Nagam, Boh, Khull-Ahmadabad, Chimber, Badijalan, Kutamarg, Drgardan, and Gulzarabad.
          The main demands presented before the DDC were the provision of availability of adequate staff in NTPHC DK Marag, adequate toilet facilities at HSS DK Marag, power supply strictly as per schedule, improvement in drinking water supply and hassle-free transportation of apples from DK Marag to outside the State.
          Responding to the demands, the DDC said the district administration would work hard to mitigate the problems if any of the local population. The DDC directed the engineers of RDD to strictly follow the plans approved in Gram Sabhas during the execution of works. The DDC was also informed that most of the schools in DH Pora zone do not have a section head whether it is principal, headmasters or head-teachers. The DDC assured the public that lack of staff issue in Education & Health departments would be taken care at an earliest.
The DDC assured that all the issues would be taken care off. He stressed upon the officers of FCS&CA department to display the rate lists of essential commodities in their stores, besides ensuring the benefits NFSA should reach to deserving applicants. He warned the officials of strict action against those who are found guilty of making fraud ration cards. The DDC directed SDM Noorabad to keep available all the services under PSGA to the public at an earliest.

      Among others, ADDC Kulgam, ACR, ACD,  Xens of R&B, PDD, PHE, I&FC, other district officers, Tehsildar, BDO and BMO DH Pora were also present in the Darbar.

Jammu, Aug 29 :  BJP MP Jammu-Poonch Constituency Jugal Kishore Sharma conducted Darbar for the public and BJP activists to address their problems in Party Headquarter, Trikuta Nagar.
While expressing his views on activist and the public interaction programme, MP Jugal Kishore Sharma said that BJP is committed to the welfare of public, and Central Government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi is very particular to mitigate the sufferings of the people in every aspect. He said that BJP has decided to provide all the administrative and other facilities at the door step of Jammu people and particularly at the time, when the Civil Secretariat has shifted to Srinagar as summer capital. He said that the aim of conducting this program is to address public grievances at grass root level and BJP will conduct these type of programs on a regular basis where public can come and approach for any type of problem.
Large number of party activists and general public from different areas of the regions visited Party office to discuss and present their problems. They presented the problems like water scarcity, upgradation of lanes, laying of roads, road, bridges, electricity and others. MP sorted out many of their problems on the spot by telephonically interacting with the competent authority and forwarded the others to concerned departments with written instructions for their quick disposal.
While answering media persons, MP said that the focus has been laid on the all round development of Jammu city with an increased effort to bring Centrally sponsored projects here. He said that the National Highway project, which was long forgotten, has been re-pursued with the Government of India. He said that the formation of ring road will help to decongest the city roads by providing an bypass for heavy vehicular movements towards the Srinagar as well as Poonch. The DPR for the project is ready and the cost for the same is more than 5000 Crore Rupees. He also claimed that they have taken the issue of fly-overs on BC road near Amphalla and Jewel Chowk on priority and soon the Jammuites will be gifted with the same.
People appreciated the sincere effort on behalf of BJP and MP Jugal Kishore for patiently attending to their problems. Whole programme was coordinated by State Secretary & State Incharge Election Related Matters Rajinder Sharma. Suraj Singh, Baldev Singh Billawaria, Dr. Pardeep Mahotra, Vinay Mahajan, Harbans Choudhary, Dr. Dineshwar Sharma, Jagdev Toofani and others also accompanied the MP.
