BOSE Exams: Section 144 imposed in Kulgam

          KULGAM, JUNE 28:         In view of the examinations for 10^th and 12^th classes (private), 2016 the District Magistrate, Kulgam has issued orders for imposing restrictions under Sec 144 of CrPC around a radius of 200 meters from the examination centres for smooth conduct of the examinations.

          The exams are being conducted in the valley with effect from July 06 to July 31 2017. These instructions have been imposed to prevent any obstruction and to ensure the smooth conduct of the examinations.

These prohibitory restrictions shall remain in force until the conclusion of the examinations. Meanwhile, the District Police has been instructed to implement the instructions in letter and spirit.
