RAMBAN, JUNE 21: District Development
Commissioner, Tariq Hussain Ganai convened an introductory meeting with the district and
sectoral officers here today.
ADDC, Ravinder Kumar Sadhu, ADC Angrez Singh Rana, PO ICDS Ashok
Pandita, ACR, Vevaik Puri, CPO, Uttam Singh, CMO, CEO, Xens, and district heads of different
departments attended the meeting.
DDC directed the officers to ensure prompt public delivery system to
provide services to the people at their doorsteps and ensure they avail
benefits of different welfare schemes optimally.
He further directed the officers to ensure punctuality and attendance of
staff in their offices which he said are the basic parameters to deliver public
services efficiently. The officers were directed to visit frequently in the
field as well as on working sites to ensure quality of work and timely
completion of the projects.
Meantime he
also reviewed arrangements put in place by the concerned departments for smooth
conduct of Shri Amaranth Ji Yatra 2017 and directed health, PHE, PDD, PWD, Municipal Committee, CA&PD other departments to
redouble their efforts for successful conduct of the Yatra.
He also directed the SDMs to hold public grievances camps for mitigating
public issues.
DDC asked the officer to work with added zeal, dedication and
coordination so that professional integrity in the public services is maintained.
