Bengaluru, Jul 27 : AICC President Sonia Gandhi expressed condolences on the passing away of veteran party leader and former Karnataka Chief Minister N Dharam Singh who passed away here today. In a condolence message, she said Singh held a special place in the hearts and minds of the people by his grit, determination and hard work on the ground. He will always be remembered for his work and commitment in a career spanning five decades. Ms Gandhi also conveyed condolences and prayers to the wife and family of Singh and hoped that his legacy and goodwill shall always remain a beacon of light. The 80-year-old Singh breathed his last at M S Ramaiah Hospital. He had suffered a massive cardiac arrest. UNI
