
Hyderabad, Aug 14 : The sleuths of Special Operation Team (SOT), Rachakonda have arrested four drug peddlers including a Nigerian National. Police seized Cocaine (0.5 gms), Amphetamine Pills (450), methylenedioxy-methamphetamine (MDMA) (45 gms), Lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD( 60), Changa (0.35 gms) , Hashash (0.65 gms) , Ganja (60 grams), one passport, one laptop, (6) mobile phones and cash worth Rs 40,000 from their possession. On credible information, police arrested Ajah Gabriel Ogbonna (26) of Nigeria, Nooka Navyanth (23) Kamalanagar, ECIL, Ankith Pandey (28) of Rajendranagar, Bollareddy Ghanath Kumar Reddy (24) of KPHB and Pavan Kumar Reddy (absconding) for the offence, police said. The Nigerian National who came to India in June 2014 on a student visa joined degree in Nizam College. Later he discontinued his studies and he along with his countrymen-- Cosmas, John, Henry and Emeka were indulging in drug trafficking by procuring drugs from Goa, Bombay and Pune. He was supplying drugs to the needy customers at Hyderabad and other places also, police added. UNI
