Security forces launch search operation in J&K's Shopian

Srinagar, Oct 25: Security forces launched a massive search operation in about half-a-dozen villages in south Kashmir district of Shopian, official sources said. They said on a tip-off about the presence of militants, security forces and Special Operation Group of Jammu and Kashmir police launched a joint search operation in about six villages early Wednesday morning. All exit points were sealed and searches were going on when the reports last came in, they said, adding that further details are awaited. UNI
