VC JKWDC took stock of functioning of WDC

SRINAGAR, OCTOBER 25: Vice Chairperson of J&K State Women’s Development Corporation Mrs Vijaya Dogra today visited office of Managing Director, JKWDC and took stock of its functioning.

She had a detailed interaction with the Managing Director and other staff members.  She got firsthand information about the working of the Head Office and the Divisional Office and enquired about the problems faced by the staff members in the day-to-day working.

 She assured the staff members that their genuine grievances will be looked into and steps will be taken for their redress after the opening of offices in Jammu.

Later in the day, VC JKWDC also visited training centres run by JKWDC in Baharhaar Lal Bazar and Moti Mohalla Hawal and interacted with the trainees.  She emphasized upon the trainees to make maximum out of the training so that they are in a position to earn their livelihood and carve out a respectable place in the society.
