Lucknow, Nov 21: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will be on a whirlwind tour of Gujarat for six to eight days in two phases to campaign for Bharatiya Janata Party in the crucial two-phase assembly polls.
After Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP president Amit Shah, Mr Adityanath is BJP’s most important star campaigner. Immediately after winding up the campaign for BJP candidates contesting in UP’s local body elections on November 27, Mr Adityanath will proceed to Gujarat to address rallies for the assembly elections, according to a spokesperson for the Chief Minister’s Office. Mr Adityanath had already launched campaigning in Gujarat by joining the Gujarat Gaurav Yatra in mid-October. UNI
