SRINAGAR, DECEMBER 11:10-days
entrepreneurship development programme started today here at the office of
Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises (MSME) development Institute.
The programme was inaugurated by Sajid
Naqash, CEO Tourism Development Authority, Doodpathri in the presence of SaheelAllaqband,
Assistant Director MSME.
The programme is aimed to identify
budding entrepreneurs and develop their skills, said Alaqband. He added these
programmes highlight Government’s
initiatives on the promotion of entrepreneurship in the country.
The function was also attended by
Taufeeq, Development Manager DIC Srinagar, and many entrepreneurs.
Sajid Naqash in his inaugural address
stressed on the fact that tourism sector offers wide scope for entrepreneurship
and success is sure to come if we stay true and honest about our work.
Taufeeq explained how DIC offers help
to the budding entrepreneurs through different schemes. Mir Saqib motivated the
participants towards entrepreneurship and said the only hindrance in this field
is lack of passion among youth towards it.
