New Delhi, Mar 7: Irate Opposition members protesting over a plethora of issues, including
the bank scams, vandalism of Periyar's statue and
Andhra Pradesh's categorisation, on Wednesday forced adjournment of the Rajya
Sabha for the day.
When the House reassembled after its adjournment
in the post-lunch session at 1400 hrs, Deputy chairperson P J Kurien insisted on taking up a
short duration discussion on banking scams. However, Opposition members
