Pune, Apr 10: As
many as 17 labourers were killed on the spot and 15 others seriously injured,
when a truck overturned near Khambataki ghat, here in the wee hours of Tuesday.
All the deceased labourers hailed from Karnataka. The injured
were rushed to Khandala hospital, highway police said. The labourers were
proceeding to Shirwal falls in the Satara district when the tragedy occurred.
