JAMMU, JULY 04: The office of
District Project Officer ICDS Udhampur has urged its officials and the public
to take human rights pledge being promoted online by National Human Rights
Commission (NHRC) of India
In a handout, the
DPO office has asked the CDPOs, AWWs, AWHs, officials/ officers of ICDS sector
Udhampur and general public to take the “Online Human Rights Pledge”, so that
they may make human rights the cornerstone in the discharge of all their
duties.
It is stated that
the National Human Rights Commission, India, in collaboration with India’s
National Informatics Centre(NIC) recently launched an “Online Human
Rights Pledge’ which is available at the following link- https://pledge.mygov.in/nhrc/ for
all concerned citizens and civil society and government organizations to sign.
Interested
individual/organizations can take the “online Pledge’ using the series of
steps.
Pledge taker(individual or organization) can take Pledge online by
entering her/his details such as name, gender, aadhar no, date of birth, pin
code, state, district, email, mobile no etc in the Entry form.
