Jammu, July 21: Anusuchit Jaati Morcha (SC Morcha) of BJP Jammu & Kashmir led by its State President Jagdish Bhagat conducted a meeting attended by State Office Bearers and newly nominated District Presidents of Morcha. BJP State General Secretary Dr. Narinder Singh also graced the meeting held at BJP State Headquarter, Trikuta Nagar. Morcha State Prabhari N.D. Rajwal was also present in the meeting.
Dr. Narinder Singh, while addressing the meeting, threw light on the organizational structure of the party. He also felicitated the newly nominated District Presidents from BJP SC Morcha and termed the Morcha as an important unit of the organization. He emphasized that the Morcha plays a leading role in connecting all the communities with the party and extension of organization within whole of the society. He wished all the Morcha leaders very good luck and appreciated the role of Morcha.
While addressing the meeting, Jagdish Bhagat welcomed the new District Presidents. He expected hope that the new District Presidents of Morcha will work hard on the new responsibility. He asked them to form the Mandal and other committees. He also prompted them to take the organizational structure up to the level of every single booth. He also discussed the programmes scheduled by the Centre to be performed at local level for the effective functioning of the organization.
Morcha State General Secretaries Dharminder Kumar, Karan Bhagat, Ashok Gandhi, Dharam Paul, Vijay Magotra, Rampal, Hardesh Khokhar, H.L. Bhagat, Rajkumar, Narinder Kesar were among the other prominent Morcha leaders present in the meeting.


Jammu, June 18: BJP will ensure SCs development with dignity while working sincerely for their grass root level upliftment, this was stated by State President of BJP’s Anusuchit Jaati (SC) Morcha, Jagdish Bhagat, while he addressed a press conference at the Party Headquarter, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu.
BJP Senior leader Narsingh Das Rajwal, Morcha State Vice President Dharam Pal, Morcha State General Secretaries Dharminder Kumar and Karan Bhagat also accompanied Morcha State President while elaborating on the issue.
While addressing the Press Conference, Jagdish Bhagat pointed out that BJP has always been on the forefront while airing voice to uplift the status of Anusuchit Samaaj. He said that recurrent Centre and State Governments headed by Congress have always done opportunistic politics on the issues of SCs. He alleged that Congress have made the SCs bleed on multiple occasions to use them as vote bank. He accused that Congress has deliberately kept the neglected community underprivileged following “use and throw” policy.
Bhagat welcomed the judgement from Double Bench of Supreme Court, in which hon’ble Supreme Court has enabled the Centre government to consider the issue of “Reservation in Promotion” on its own as “in accordance with the law” as the Centre earlier submitted that due to separate verdicts by different high courts on the reservations in promotions, the whole issue has been on standstill. He also welcomed the formation of committees from Council of Ministers to look into the matter.
Bhagat further said that only BJP has always taken up the core issues of community on the frontfront truly like Reservation in Promotion, Implementation in Atrocities Act and Reservation in U.G.C. He said that now BJP MLAs will take up the issue strongly in the State Assembly as well so that the community living in the state could also be benefitted on various fronts especially in education and employment. He expressed faith that the state government will take up the matter on priority for its early implementation in the state.
Ashok Gandhi, Seema Devi, Bhushan, Bishnu, Janaki Devi, Shakti, Santosh Devi and others were also present during the Press Conference.

Jammu, June 16: With an objective of bringing all the sections of the society together and strengthen social  fabric, Reasi District BJP organized a programme on ‘Social Equality’, wherein the speakers stressed to work on PM Narendra Modi’s line of “Sabka Saath Sabka Vikaas”.
Minister of State & local MLA, Ajay Nanda, SC, ST, BC Development Corporation Vice Chairperson, Balbir Ram Rattan and BJP Anusuhit Jaati Morcha State General Secretary, Karan Bhagat, were prominent among those who expressed their views on taking all the sections of the society together to built a strong and developed nation. They  highlighted various schemes of BJP government at the centre launched during the last four years for socio economic upliftment of the weaker sections and similar ones of the state’ coalition in the state.
Ajay Nanda, on this occasion, briefed the gathering about Modi government’s concern for equitable welfare and development of all the sections, particularly weaker sections and said that people of all walks of life are taken care while launching welfare schemes by union government.
Balbir Ram Rattan shared welfare schemes of SC, ST, BC Development Corporation, said that Union Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment and Ministry of Tribal Affairs run various schemes for the benefit of weaker sections and the  state government too contributes towards it. He also explained the procedure to avail benefits of such schemes.
Karan Bhagat said that BJP Anusuchit Jaati Morcha is making all efforts to reach the members of the SC community with the welfare schemes of the Modi government adding that what the present government has done for weaker sections during the last four years has been splendid.
While BJP Reasi District General Secretary Joginder Singh conducted proceedings of the programme, local senior leaders Kuldeep Mengi, Chaman Bhagat, Neelam Sharma, Tripta Dubey, Sheel Magotra, Vikrant Singh and others also addressed the gathering.
