Jammu, Sept 28: Today a joining programme was organised by BJYM at Pacca Danga Park Jammu. State General Secretary BJP Yudhvir Sethi was Chief Guest on the occasion. BJYM District President Hari Om Sharma presided over the function. Rutesh Mahajan, Manan Chowdhary, Ajay Anand from Ward No. 11, Vishwa Pratap Singh and Rahul Kumar from ward no 10, Aaryan and Mohit Gupta from ward 15 along with number of their supporters joined hands with BJYM. Welcoming the new entrants in party fold Yudhvir Sethi said that it is high time to join hands together to make congress free India as they have ruined our country right after the independence. The youth of state plays an important role in building the state and strengthening the party at the grass root level. He further urged the BJYM team to put in all their effort to ensure the victory of BJP in upcoming elections.
On the occasion Hari Om Sharma congratulated the new entrants and said that youth are very important section of our society and play important role in all social issues and programmes. Rutesh Mahajan, Vishwa Pratap Singh, Aaryan were made ward presidents of their respective wards. Manan Choudhary, Ajay Anand, Rahul Kumar were made General Secretaries of their respective wards.

Jammu, Sept 21: BJP declared its MC Election Committee for Leh in a marathon meeting conducted in the Chairmanship of BJP State General Secretary Yudhvir Sethi.
Yudhvir Sethi, while giving details about the committee, said that Chering Dorjey (MLC) will be the  Chairman of the committee, while Jamyang Tsering Namgyal, President BJP Leh, Nawang Tsering Vice President (HQ),BJP Leh, Dr. Skalzang Dorjey Gen. Secretary (Pol.Affairs), BJP Leh, Ven. Lama Lobzang Nyantak, Councillor and Tsering Namgyal, President, BJYM Leh will be the honourable members of the committee.
Yudhvir Sethi, further said that the BJP will contest all the seats with clear intention to win the outcome. He said that keeping its focus on “Sabka Sath, Sabka Vikas” BJP is concentrating on its mission for the equitable development of all the three regions of the state and these local elections will further help the party in its mission for the ground level development.

Jammu, Aug 29: State Office Bearers cum Introductory Meet of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM), J&K, was held at Bicano Restaurant Akhnoor Road, Jammu. BJP State President Ravinder Raina (MLA) and State General Secretary (Org) Ashok Koul inaugurated the session along with BJYM State President Vikas Choudhary, All Morchas Incharge & Ex-VC JAKFED Munish Sharma, BJP State Secretary & BJYM Prabhari Ajay Pargal and BJYM Seh-Prabhari  Ajay Vaid.
Meeting started with paying homage to Bharat Ratna Late Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Ravinder Raina and Ashok Koul welcomed the newly constituted team of State Office Bearers of BJYM J&K by presenting each of them with portrait of Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
Speaking on the occasion, Ravinder Raina said that BJP is a party of masses where any worker can succeed within the party and is not like other political where only members of a particular family reaches the top position in the party. He further added that BJP is the sole party which has the support of each and every sections of the society. He also said that we must not forget the sacrifices of our workers who laid their lives in the way of making BJP the largest party in the world. He said that BJP’s only agenda is development of nation and the deprived people residing in it unlike other parties who just play obnoxious politics of dividing in order to regain power and BJP will leave no stone unturned to stop Anti Nationals and those supporting them.
Ashok Koul appreciated the work done by BJYM workers on the grass root level. He emphasized on the role of BJYM in the society and urged BJYM members to act as a bridge between party and the common masses. He told the cadre to get ready for the upcoming challenges of Urban Local Bodies and Panchayat elections in the state. He said that every Yuva Morcha activist should adopt the organizational style of working in day to day life so that he can do excellent in any field he will work in future.
Speaking on the occasion, Vikas Choudhary stated that the organization forms the basis of any government, so the prime focus of BJYM is to strengthen the organisation. He said that all the activists of BJYM irrespective of the party responsibility have to work enthusiastically for the advancement of the party in order to win the upcoming elections. He also said that the party has instilled a trust in the people of the country that only the BJP can lead the nation on a fast-paced growth and development in all spheres and BJYM members should make sure that this trust of people remains intact.
Munish Sharma also laid stress on the role of BJYM in the organisation and in the society on the whole. He said that every member of BJYM should be hardworking, honest and ready to face any challenges in order to deepen the roots of the organisation in the society.
State General Secretaries Tarun Sharma and Arun  Dev Singh managed the proceedings.
 All the office bearers of BJYM J&K along with Distt. Presidents of Jammu Province were present on the occasion.


Kargil (Ladakh) Aug 11:  Eminent educationist and BJP Candidate from Kargil Town constituency kick started his campaign from Kako Shilikchey, Pishu and Draythang. He received extraordinary response from the people. He asked the people to vote for him so that he could serve the society. He was very optimistic about the support he would get from the people. 
He was accompanied by Ch. Vikram Randhawa (MLC), Mohd Hassan Pasha BJYM State Secretary and Ahmad Sain Hussain District General Secretary BJYM Kargil
Randhawa (MLC), speaking on the occasion, said that the various developmental works were done exclusively by BJP representatives out of their funds in the region."Our government is committed for the development of all the three regions which could be seen in PM's recent visit for the inauguration of Zozila tunnel in Ladakh Region." He expressed hope that the people of Kargil Town will surely strengthen the BJP in the upcoming hill council and would vote in historic proportions in favour of the party.
At the end, Master Mohd Qasim said that he will try his level best to serve the people and it is in the interest of people to vote for the BJP as only this party has the willingness and determination to serve the country. He asked the people to vote for him so that he could serve the society. He was very optimistic about the support he would get from the people as he said that he know that the people are wise enough to make the right choice at the right time.

Jammu, July 21: State BJYM under the leadership of its state Chief organised a "Samiksha Yojana Baithak" at TFC Kargil in  which state office bearers and District Presidents were present, BJP State General Secretary (org.) Ashok koul inaugurated the session by enlightened the traditional lamp along with BJYM State President Vikas Choudhary, BJYM National Media incharge & Prabhari J&K Rohit Chahal, BJP District President Mohd. Ali Majaz, BJYM State vice-President & councillor Konchok Stanzin,  BJYM Jt. Secretary and Prabhari Kargil Mohd. Hussan Pasha, BJP State Working member Lama Paljor and BJYM District President Kargil Mohd. Hussain.
Speaking on the ocassion Ashok Koul first congratulated Vikas Choudhary for his appointment as BJYM State President and said that the organisation hope that he will work same  as former BJYM President Dr. Suresh Ajay Magotra have worked day and night with all his team for laying a strong foundation at gross root level. He said that it is a history that BJYM is organising "Samiksha Yojana Baithak" in this far-flung area of State, this programme will definitely boost the morale of our activists of Kargil district who despite of hardship life are taking agenda of party to every nook and corner of this far-flung area. While taking the session "Role of BJYM in elections" he added that BJYM activists should take all the schemes and initiatives of Modi government at gross root level, We have to make our booths strong by initiating One Booth Ten Youth" schemes and give special attention to "Nav Rattan" at booths. Booth Sammelans, testimonials of beneficiaries of different schemes, Mandal level schemes beneficiaries Sammelans etc. will be part of our activities for elections.
On the ocassion Vikas Choudhary first thanked the party high command for trusting him and appointed him to this important responsibility, he said that i will not leave any stone unturned for laying strong foundation of organisation at gross root level. He said that the activist of BJYM will definitely reach out to Youth at gross root level across the state and will not leave any corner of this state untouched. He also assured that he is always available for every Youth of this state in general and BJYM activists in particular for all their grievances and will sort it as soon as possible. Choudhary further added that BJYM have big responsibility on their shoulders as Loksabha and panchayat elections are coming and we all know that our Hon'ble Prime Minister have big hope from the Youth of nation and being a Youth it is also a matter of pride for all of us that our government at centre is Pro-Youth and have done a lot for the Youth of this nation which can be seen by all the schemes and initiatives done by this government for the Youth.

Jammu, July 12: BJP in a bid to intensify its campaign well ahead of Parliamentary elections, organized meetings of Shakti Kendra Pramukhs, Mandal Presidents, Morcha Presidents, Mandal Office Bearers, Booth Presidents and Booth Members at Kathua and Billawar constituency. BJYM State Chief Dr. Suresh Ajay Magotra addressed the meetings of party cadre at Mandal Kandi and Mandal Ramkot. BJP District general secretary (org.) Inderjeet Ji was also present on the ocasssion.
Dr. Magotra, while addressing the meeting focussed upon the organizational way of working and motivate all the BJP leaders and the activists to work broadly for the extension of party activities to every booth in their localities. He said that no booth should remain untouched by our activists. He also asked the BJP activists to familiarize themselves with all the public welfare schemes initiated by Modi led government at the Centre and how much people of this country have benefitted by all these schemes.
He stressed upon the mission of “Antodaya” (reach to the most deprived section in the society) and said that this ideology and thought was given by Pt. Deen Dayal Updhayay Ji and every loyal activist of BJP should stick to this mantra.
He also focused on the creation of “Navrattan (the nine gems) at every booth by giving the responsibility to the selfless workers. He also asked party workers to involve more youth in the party fold to infuse young energy for the service of Nation and strengthen the hands of PM Modi.
He also prompted the BJP activists to contact the prominent persons of their area with all the beneficial schemes of our government and with their support approach the needy and poor with all the schemes and initiatives of central government. Dr. Magotra further share the information about the use of social media and media and motivate the activists for using this platform to ensure deliverance of information of Centre Government sponsored schemes to every single person.

Jammu, July 07: BJYM State Chief Dr. Suresh Ajay Magotra started three days Youth reach out program of District Jammu Rural from Mandal Marh and Mandal Mathwar in context of upcoming Loksabha elections. BJYM State general secretary and Prabhari Jammu Rural Vikas Choudhary and BJYM District President Rohit Verma accompanied Dr. Magotra throughout the program. BJYM Mandal President Marh Parshotam Sharma and Mathwar Balinder Singh managed the programmes in their respective mandals. BJP District President Jammu Rural Omi Khajuria, BJP Mandal President marh Babu Ram and Mathwar Neelkanth Sharma were also present in their respective mandals.

In his address Dr. Magotra emphasized on formation of teams at booth level so that we can reach easily people at gross root level to listen their grievances. He said that booth level workers can be easily available for people living in their locality and have the complete knowledge of that particular area, we have the ideology of reaching the last needy person of the society and we are committed to perform our duty with enthusiasm and dedication. Dr. Magotra also stressed upon the organizational style of working at mandal and booth level, Lok sabha elections is coming Yuva morcha activists should start tighten their shoes so that they can do good in their localities as our Prime Minister have high hopes from the youth brigade of the party, “he added”. Now “2019” should be our target and BJYM will not leave any stone unturned to give a good win share from our state. The rural area of country is the place where we can enjoy the real fragrance of our culture and tradition, BJP and our Hon’ble Prime Minister have high hopes from the rural belt of the country as our party have done tremendously good for the poor and needy people of this country who mostly lives in the rural atreas.

Jammu, June 28: National President of BJP’s Minority Morcha (Alp Sankhyak), Ab. Rashid Ansari nominated senior leaders of BJP’s Minority Morcha (J&K) as members of National Executive Body of BJP Minority Morcha.
Ilyas Khan, Tariq Keen and Mohd. Anwar Khan are entrusted with the responsibility with a vision to work for the upliftment of minority communities in J&K State.   They will be supposed to present the issues related to the members of Minority community in the state. It becomes more important in the J&K State pertaining to the fact that minority community forms a major chunk of population in the state.
Ab. Rashid Ansari expressed his trust on the trio saying that these leaders will work with full zeal, enthusiasm and sincerity and strengthened the party.     
Similarly, BJYM State President Dr. Suresh Ajay Magotra in consultation with BJP State President Ravinder Raina and BJP State Secretary & Prabhari BJYM Sanjay Baru announced Adv Prithvi Singh, Atul Sharma, Vikas Sharma and Varinder Thakur as BJYM State Executive Member.

Jammu, June 12: Today monthly meeting of BJYM State Office bearers and District Presidents held at BJP headquarters Trikuta Nagar Jammu which was chaired by BJYM State President Dr. Suresh Ajay Magotra. This meeting was organised to discuss future programmes and organisational activities to strengthen the party at gross root level.
Addressing the meeting Dr. Magotra first congratulated BJYM activists for successful conduct of three days Parshikshan Varg held at Katra and said I hope each and every activist of BJYM who attended varg have definitely learn some new and important things in three days. The coming time will be a challenge for youth activists across the state as Loksabha elections are coming, each and every youth activist will have a big responsibility in his shoulders to deliver best out of them. He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP National President Amit Shah always show concern about the booth team formation as it is basic thing if you want to win elections whether it is Loksabha or Assembly, keeping that in mind we will soon start working to reach people at booth level. BJYM will organise mandal level meetings to assign duties to Mandal office bearers for booth formation in their respective mandals. This programme will be started soon across the state and every District President along with his District Prabhari should start the meetings in their mandals as soon as possible. He further said that to strengthen organisation in all the three regions of the State BJYM will soon start a reach out programmes, under which we will reach out the people particularly the Youth with the development and achievements of Modi led government from the last four years.

Jammu, May 22: Today BJP State general secretary (org) Ashok Koul chaired a meeting with task force members of upcoming State level Organizational and Leadership Training Programme of BJYM which is to be held on 25th-27th May at Katra along with BJYM State President Dr. Suresh Ajay Magotra, BJP State Secretary and Prabhari BJYM Sanjay Baru, State BJP Training Cell Incharge Rajeev Charak. BJP State Co-Incharge Training Cell Subhash Bhagat was also present on the occasion.
Reviewing the various arrangements for the upcoming programme he said that these types of programmes are organized to boost the self-confidence among the activists and enhance their knowledge about the working style and ideology of the organization. BJP is the only political organization across the country who provides the platform to activists to enhance their leadership skills so that they can deliver best to serve the nation. Koul also have a detailed discussion about the execution of programmes on daily basis, accommodation, subject and time table of the programme.
Dr. Magotra said that this programme is very important as we are going to organize knowledge hub sessions about the ideology, working style and organisational ethics of our organization, every youth activist should take it as an opportunity to learn and enhance their knowledge about the organization.

Jammu & Kashmir is passing through serious problems as youth are being used by anti nationals to disturb peace so involvement of Youth is must in bringing peace in J&K, he appealed Youth who are misguided to shun guns and come in mainstream for larger interest. I always believe that youth have the real potential to bring any social, technical and political change as they do in previous Lok Sabha elections (2014) by throwing congress out of power. He further added that Youth from all the fields are joining BJP by getting inspired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, we welcome all the advocates who joined today and hope that they will play their role in strengthening the party at gross root level, “he added”.

Jammu, Mar 30: Continuing its Programme of Blood Directory across the state BJYM Akhnoor organised one day blood grouping camp at District Akhnoor. MLA Akhnoor Rajeev Sharma, MLA Khour Dr. Krishan Bhagat, BJYM State Chief Dr. Suresh Ajay Magotra, BJP State Secretary and Prabhari BJYM Sanjay Baru graced the occasion. The programme was managed by BJYM District President Sukhdev Singh and State Secretary and State Incharge Blood Directory Campaign Vikas Sambyal. BJYM State vice-President and Prabhari Akhnoor Ajay Vaid, BJP State Media secretary Suraj Singh, BJP District President Manmohan Ji, BJP District General secretary Jagdish Bhagat was also present on the occasion.         
Speaking on the occasion Rajeev Sharma appreciated the great initiative of BJYM and said that this is a noble cause which will help the people at District level to get blood easily without any delay during the emergency situations. He said that BJP is the only party which wants to work at ground to help the needy and poor people, our government is doing good for the welfare of the people across the state.
On the occasion Dr. Krishan Bhagat said that, our party have a vision to work for the poor and needy and with the ideology of reaching the last needy in the society we are stepping ahead with great enthusiasm. We are in government at Centre and State but our prime focus to reach to the common masses is still continued so that nobody will remain out of the benefits from our schemes and initiatives for the poor, more and more youth should come forward and give their contribution to make this noble cause a success.
Dr. Magotra said, the aim behind maintaining a blood directory at each District level is to identify the Youth who usually donate their blood at the emergency time. When there is need of blood either we didn’t get donor or donor of a particular group, this directory will not only help in getting the blood of particular group but also maintain  technically the complete detail of donor and his eligibility for donating next time. Dr. Magotra also appealed to the Youth of the state to come forward and join hands with BJYM in this noble cause. 


Jammu, Mar 17: BJYM Jammu organised Blood Directory (grouping) programme at Purani Mandi Jammu. Hon’ble Health Minister Bali Bhagat was the Chief Guest on the occasion along with Guest of Honour Hon’ble MLA Jammu East Rajesh Gupta and BJYM State President Dr. Suresh Ajay Magotra. BJYM District President Hari Om Sharma organised the programme, State Secretary and incharge Blood Directory programme Vikas Sambyal was also present on the occasion. 
Speaking on the occasion Bali Bhagat said that blood directory programme is a great initiative taken by BJYM at State level which is a noble cause and will help people at emergency time. All the peoples who have done their blood grouping should also provide an authentic cards of their blood type so that we can easily get the blood of any type during the case of emergency. He further added that our organisation believes in noble and ground work that is the reason despite having in government at centre and state we are increasing our activities and public programmes day by day among the masses so that we can reach to each and every person on ground who is in need of help.    
On the occasion Rajesh Gupta said that the youth wing of our party is doing fantastic work in execution of all the organisational and public programmes across the state, BJYM activists has shown the power of youth during recent time, when they organised some big and historic programmes under the leadership of its President Dr. Suresh Ajay Magotra. He further said that Youth is the main backbone of our country and if we want to grow at global platform in any sector we have to empower Youth of this country.
Dr. Magotra on the occasion congratulated BJYM Jammu District for organising this programme and said that BJYM is organising these programmes across the state where aim is to identify people along with their contact numbers and blood group so that a Blood Directory is maintained in each district which will help in getting blood during emergency situations.

Jammu, March 02: State BJYM launched state wide  millennium voters campaign at Party headquarters Trikuta Nagar Jammu. This programme was taken by BJYM at National level in which millennium voters will be registered nation wide in each and every corner of the country. BJP State President and MLA Jammu west Sat Sharma CA was the Chief guest on the occasion along with BJYM State President Dr. Suresh Ajay Magotra and BJP State Secretary & Prabhari BJYM Sanjay Baru. The programme was managed by BJYM State general secretary Tarun Sharma, vice-president Ashish Sharma and secretary Shrey Sethi, these all are State Incharges for Millennium voters connect programme. Sat Sharma distributed the forms among the millennium voters who just turned 18 and will cast their vote first time in coming lok sabha elections.
Speaking on the occasion, Sat congratulated all the millennium voters, who will cast their vote first time in their life and said that your vote will be a power to whom you allow to serve our country. He said that the decision to vote is a very important and every millennium voter should take it wisely by seeing the pros and cons of decision to which party you are giving opportunity to serve our country. He said our party have taken the initiative to connect with those voter who just turned 18 and will cast their life’s first vote, and we are amazed to see that the youth is inspired by the way Narendra Modi is working and is ready to give BJP another chance to serve the country.

Jammu, Feb 28: In a mission to help the deserving population in need for timely blood transfusion to save the precious lives in case of accidents or other emergency needs, Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) District Jammu West conducted a blood testing camp at party office, Kachi Chawni. BJP State President & MLA Sat Sharma was the chief guest on the occasion which was also attended by BJP State Vice-President Rajni Sethi, BJP District Jammu West President Ayodhya Gupta and BJYM State Vice-President & BJYM Jammu West District Incharge Karan Sharma.
Sat Sharma while addressing hundreds of youths who thronged the blood testing camp venue to get their blood group tested, said that blood donation is the noblest and the easiest human gesture that can be done by a person during maximum years of his or her life. He said that a single unit of blood donated can be used for several different person according to the components needed during their ailment.
He prompted the BJP and BJYM leaders to take forward this message to every nook and corner of the society. He said that the blood donation does not cause any weakness in the body as it is soon recovered by the bodily system but can sure save a precious human life. He also called for making blood donation a routine habit by everyone.
Sharma also termed this to be a proud movement when the BJYM activists have come forward and contributed in such activity. He said that this gesture proves that every activist of BJP is working dedicatedly working in the society under the philanthropic leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Ayodhya Gupta prompted the youth and the BJP leaders to spread the cause of blood donation across the length and breadth of society. He linked this to the Godly act for the welfare of the society.
Karan Sharma who organized the programme, said that the youth which forms the backbone of the Nation must come forward for the cause. He said that BJYM will conduct more such camps in future.

Hyderabad, Nov 7: The question hour in the Telangana Assembly was marred today when the BJP members raised slogans protesting the preventive arrest of the party cadres who were on their way to join the "Chalo Assembly" agitation. The BJP and its youth wing BJYM gave the "Chalo Assembly" call demanding that the government should create jobs for the unemployed youth. In view of the "Chalo Assembly", police beefed up security in and around the Assembly complex. Mr K Laxman Senior BJP member raising the issue in the house took exception to the government's move to arrest the party workers, adding that despite the government's efforts to prevent the protest, the BJP was firm on making the "Chalo Assembly" a success. Stating that there were many job vacancies in the government, he demanded a white paper on the government's efforts to fill up the vacancies. UNI

Jammu , September 18 : BJYM State President Dr. Suresh Ajay Magotra along with BJYM State Media Secretary & State Incharge College Outreach Committee Er. Lalit Raina chaired a meeting, in which students of different colleges participated. The meeting was organized in context of formation of teams in colleges and campuses under college outreach committee of BJYM.
Addressing the meeting, Dr. Magotra first had a introduction with all the students and said that it always feels good to have a meeting with young, energetic and future folks of the country. Future of the country actually emerges from the campuses and it is important to take care of thoughts, views and ideas of the young folks. Our party is very much concerned about the Youth of the country and actually realizes the importance of their future, their future is directly associated with the future of our country. He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has always shown concerned for the Youth of the country and have admitted that it is the Youth of the country who have given chance to BJP to serve the nation. Dr. Magotra added that all the policies and agendas of our party are Pro-Youth and our government have always given importance to youth in their Budget.
Er. Lalit Raina said that, college outreach committee in campuses will help students in achieving their future dreams, we will aware them about the policies, agendas and different schemes of government for the Youth which will help them in achieving their life Endeavour. He further clarifies that our work will not be to indulge in any students politics but to help students in achieving their dreams.

Jammu, AUGUST 30: BJYM Jammu organised cleanliness drive under Swaach Bharat Mission on National Sports Day to clean Sports ground, Prade at Jammu. BJYM District President Hari Om Sharma was the Chief Guest on the occasion. This drive was done under the direct supervision of BJYM State Secretary and State Incharge  Swaach Bharat Sunny Sangotra, who was also present on the occasion. The programme was organised by BJYM District Incharge Swaach Bharat Raghav Gupta.
Speaking on the occasion Hari Om Sharma appreciated the work done by District Incharge Swaachta Kranti and said that, the day is very important to choose the cleanliness drive of a Play ground, our Morcha is directly connected with the Youth and it is our prime duty to work for the welfare of the Youth of our State. Our Prime Minister has a vision of New India and it is our duty to work further so that we will able to make a new and clean India. He further said that similar cleanliness drives will be conducted in near future from our team in the entire district so that a culture of cleanliness can be adopted by our societies.
On the occasion Sunny Sangotra said that, the district team has done a commendable job, the idea to clean a play ground is very good on National Sports Day, we are with the district team wherever they need our support or help of any type for Swaach Bharat Mission. Swaachta had become a Kranti across the country and the youth of our state is with the mood of the country, our mission is to make a New India by 2022, and Swaachta is one of the step towards New India.
